You will be working onsite in our outpatient office located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida, where our collaborative clinic atmosphere promotes teamwork and excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement and adjust treatment regimens utilizing evidence-based methodologies to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Scope the variety of patient specialties you will encounter, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Demonstrate outstanding patient service and create an encouraging environment that fosters healing.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to maximize the impact of therapeutic interventions on patient well-being.
• Education and consultation with patients and their caregivers to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Meet operational goals including patient utilization and overall clinic performance metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be primarily focused on treating patients recovering from surgical procedures or managing chronic pain often related to musculoskeletal disorders. This includes collaborating with pediatric patients for developmental issues, neurologic patients recovering from strokes or traumatic brain injuries, and athletes needing rehabilitation for sports-related injuries. Your role will significantly influence their recovery and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with word processing and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient setting, particularly with orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:
