Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to accurately identify their mental health challenges and immediate treatment requirements.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans aimed at addressing each client's unique issues and therapeutic goals, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment conducive to open dialogues among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to form a cohesive treatment approach that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
