You will have a manageable caseload with minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus primarily on client care while ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities include:

• Delivering clinical services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and developing person-centered, recovery-focused treatment plans.

• Conducting continuous assessments to identify and adjust treatment needs as they evolve.
\n
• Collaborating in the formulation, monitoring, and execution of individualized service plans to ensure measurable progress.
\n
• Working closely with clients to cultivate coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques.
\n
• Educating clients on available community resources, and advocating on their behalf to facilitate access to these services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of adults aged 18 and above, many of whom face challenges that impact their ability to maintain stability within their communities due to mental illness. You will work with individuals who require support in navigating daily life, handling crises, and enhancing their overall emotional well-being. Your role directly contributes to their ability to re-engage with their communities and achieve a fulfilling quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid and current state license allowing you to practice, including options for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
\n
• Ability to work independently, free of supervisory oversight, with a clean record—free of disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Proven experience in delivering direct clinical services to clients.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine compassionate demeanor.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
