Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and engage in active listening to develop tailored individual and family therapeutic interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to assist clients in achieving their mental health and relational goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, addressing various relational dynamics and personal challenges, as appropriate.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans in response to changing needs and feedback.

• Stay up-to-date with best practices and participate in clinical supervision to enhance skills and ensure the highest quality of care.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, prioritizing confidentiality and professional ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as couples seeking to improve communication and resolve conflicts. Additionally, families grappling with relational dynamics and parenting concerns will be a key focus of your work. Your ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space will facilitate meaningful conversations, fostering positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy, preferably in diverse and challenging environments.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficient in establishing treatment plans and using various therapeutic frameworks to support client success.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes an annual salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
