Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, creating a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
