Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to addressing each client’s unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work closely with a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of issues, including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts. Our clients often face challenges due to co-occurring disorders, and your sensitive approach to therapy will empower them to work through their obstacles while building resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active, valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in providing therapy, preferably within a community health or clinical setting.

• Strong clinical skills, particularly in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• A deep understanding of individual and family development across the life span, with an emphasis on cultural competence and sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
