Although you will primarily work from home, you will maintain a collaborative relationship with the broader care team at our hospice center, participating in regular training and meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within a hospice care environment, many of whom are dealing with end-of-life issues. Understanding the unique needs of these populations and demonstrating empathy and support is crucial in this role.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
