Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices such as therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities.
• Regularly document patient progress, treatment responses, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and clinical standards.

• Adapt treatment plans as necessary, reassessing patient goals and overall progress to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults with chronic pain, and elderly patients aiming to regain mobility post-surgery. Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current State License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
