If that sounds like you, BTS-IT may be the right next step. BTS-IT develops a customized ERP platform and provides IT services to customers across North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. They offer a fully integrated, industry-specific solution designed for the Metal and Manufacturing industries.

This role is responsible for helping to implement our custom-built ERP solution for metals manufacturing and distribution companies. You will develop new ERP implementations, help to manage upgrades, and support customers throughout the ERP lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· developing end-to-end ERP implementation projects from kickoff through go-live

· Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements

· Perform gap analysis to identify system enhancements and workflow improvements

· Document scope and requirements; partner with the product team to create functional specifications

· Lead data conversion and migration efforts between legacy systems and BTS ERP

Training, Testing & Support

· Create end-user documentation, training guides, and reference materials

· Develop training schedules and deliver super-user and end-user training

· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions

· Support customer upgrades, including training and UAT

· Review and resolve customer support and help desk requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, training, and support

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Professional working proficiency in French (desired but not required)

· Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects

· Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Payment processes

· Experience implementing large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, or similar

· Experience performing gap analysis, gathering requirements, and writing functional specifications

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments

· Knowledge of or experience supporting metals industry solutions

· Experience working with international clients (AU/NZ/UK/Europe)

· Ability to read/write basic SQL queries and understand database relationships

Travel Requirements

· Approximately 30% travel, including domestic and international
