Executive & Legal Assistant

About The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Executive & Legal Assistant to support our in‑house legal team with administrative and project‑related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment supporting attorneys and legal operations personnel. Responsibilities Assist with legal department projects Draft, proofread, edit, redact, organize, track, maintain, and file various business documents in accordance with established protocols, including presentations, spreadsheets, graphs/charts, letters, messages, reports, memorandums, agreements, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents as requested Assist with ongoing administration and management of our legal technology platform/CLM Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, phone/email/mail support, misc. office duties) Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within a legal environment Familiarity with in house legal departments is a plus Demonstrated experience with legal technology preferred Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions within an organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and self‑direct to ensure accountabilities are fulfilled Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr Enstructure
