Key Responsibilities\n The Mental Health Therapist will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to: \n \n Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional and psychological needs. \n Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s circumstances. \n Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing technology to maintain effective communication and trust. \n Establishing therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process. \n Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards. \n Participating in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: \n \n A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent. \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field. \n Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of fostering trust and rapport with clients. \n A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a commitment to providing non-judgmental support. \n Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload effectively. \n Preferred Experience\n While the minimum qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who bring additional experience, including: \n \n Two or more years of proven experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting. \n Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused therapy. \n Experience working with a diverse population and understanding the nuances of culturally responsive care. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Life Rhythm Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
