AI Agent Workflow Specialist [Remote]

Act as a domain expert who designs, runs, and refines agentic workflows to help train next-generation AI systems that boost business productivity. Your real-world professional experience will be used to evaluate model behavior in practical scenarios, identify where reasoning or tool use breaks down, and produce the clear examples and playbooks researchers and product teams need to improve agent performance.

• Apply your professional domain experience to evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities in realistic workflows and business processes.
• Design, execute, and iterate agentic workflows that simulate critical professional tasks and multi-tool procedures.
• Detect and analyze reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool integration issues in AI agent outputs, and translate those findings into clear, constructive feedback.
• Create comprehensive examples, test cases, and operational playbooks based on day-to-day domain activities.
• Collaborate with research and product stakeholders to communicate nuanced domain feedback and influence model development priorities.
• Document workflow outcomes and contribute to libraries of best practices for AI agent adoption and enablement.

• No prior experience in AI is required, domain expertise is the priority.
• Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a similar domain where AI agents are used regularly.
• Proven ability to connect data sources, configure permissions and authentication, and integrate AI agents with productivity tools and business systems.
• Hands-on experience building and operating multi-tool agentic workflows, for example integrating Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying model performance gaps and proposing solutions grounded in domain needs.
• Ability to explain complex process requirements and improvement strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Enthusiasm for advancing AI adoption and enablement within dynamic business environments.

• Role type: Contractor.
• Location: Remote.
• Scope: Short- to medium-term contributions to an enterprise project focused on maximizing business productivity through AI-driven solutions, including training and evaluation activities that shape model learning and reasoning.

• Pay range: 80 to 150 USD per hour.
