Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and execute the annual internal audit process.
2. Identify areas of risk and implement controls to mitigate them.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
4. Collaborate with the CFO and other senior leaders to develop financial strategies.
5. Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training and development opportunities.
6. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
7. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
8. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and other accounting processes.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite a plus.

• Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (typical office or administrative work).
