Inside Sales Agent

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn how to find listing opportunities, convert seller conversations, and develop into a successful listing agent while earning rewarding commissions. This inside sales opportunity provides a clear path toward listing-focused production through coaching, proven systems, and consistent daily activity.

You will learn how to identify potential sellers through outbound calls, lead generation, database follow-up, and conversations with property owners. The focus is on uncovering motivation, building relationships, handling objections, scheduling seller appointments, and developing the sales skills needed to turn conversations into signed listings.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain practical knowledge of seller consultations, pricing strategies, listing presentations, negotiations, contracts, marketing, and the complete listing process. As your skills develop, you will begin taking a more active role in seller appointments and listing opportunities.

The goal is to develop from inside sales into a confident listing agent who can consistently generate opportunities, earn listings, and build a long-term business through relationships, repeat clients, and referrals.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

• A real estate license is required
