Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy and couples therapy, adapting approaches to suit varying age ranges and individual needs.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and keep accurate and organized records in compliance with practice standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments, proactively managing your calendar to ensure clients receive the care they need.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists to discuss cases, share insights, and help facilitate a supportive network.

• Utilize provided tools and systems, including our effective billing service, to streamline administrative tasks and maximize client care efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be working with a diverse population, which may include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, couples seeking to improve their relationships, and families looking for guidance. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be key to fostering trust and enhancing therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus the opportunity for a sign-on bonus.
