Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological conditions, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.

• Deliver therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices that align with the latest research in mental health.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
