Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring all necessary information is gathered for tailored treatment plans.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate client progress.

• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans reflecting clients’ specific goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they are informed of their rights and have access to critical resources and support services.

• Collaborate with various community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to broaden the impact and effectiveness of services provided.

• Participate in program evaluation, development, and grant reporting to support the continual improvement of our services.

• Engage in ongoing training, regular team meetings, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen the organization’s mission and client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on clients undergoing detoxification and transitioning into more comprehensive mental health programs. You will work with diverse populations, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders and related psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is necessary for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
