Description - What You'll Be Engaged In

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests inclusive of chemistry, hematology, immunology, and further protocols.
• Analyze outcomes for fidelity, resolve discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Support the specimen collection process and prepare samples for laboratory analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, educate incoming staff or interns, and uphold rigorous laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain an orderly and safe lab environment, rigorously following all regulatory guidelines and accreditation criteria.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of joining the team.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
