The successful candidate will operate in a fully remote outpatient office setting, allowing for flexibility and accessibility to clients in the Victorville, California area, as well as surrounding communities. This role primarily involves teletherapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive prompt and ongoing mental health care in a convenient manner.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress through electronic medical records systems, meeting organizational standards and compliance requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and methodologies.

• Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing service delivery, program effectiveness, and overall client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, socio-economic, and age backgrounds. Your role will focus on creating a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their mental health challenges. You will empower clients to set and achieve personal goals, encouraging self-growth through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active professional license in the State of California as either an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical best practices and mental health treatment modalities.
\n
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in counseling or clinical therapy, specifically with clients facing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other digital therapy platforms, although not mandatory.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with telehealth methodologies.

• Specialized training or certification in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or related therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
