Senior Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager/Director/VP (Anywhere in India) - Night Shift (EST) Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager/Director/VP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our software products and IT services to clients, working in a night shift to align with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST). This is a full-time position, and candidates can be located anywhere in India. Working Hours:

  • Night Shift: 6:00 AM PST to 3:30 PM PST (equivalent to 6:30 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST)
  • This role requires flexibility to accommodate US EST time zone working hours.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify target markets and potential clients within the software and IT services sectors.
  • Create detailed sales plans and forecasts to achieve organizational sales goals.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
3. Sales Execution:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics and results.
4. Market Analysis and Feedback:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the product development and marketing teams.
5. Team Leadership (for Director/VP roles):
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Mentor and develop junior sales staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the software products and IT services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the software and IT services market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working night shifts or with US-based clients is a plus.
