To succeed, you should have: Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, IT support, or a related role Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment Preferred Experience in the financial services industry Familiarity with CRM, portfolio management, or financial systems Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Planner, or similar) Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, reporting, or dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.) Your responsibilities as a Program Operations Associate will include: Assist leaders with planning, tracking, and coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders. Maintain project records, status updates, dashboards, and reports to support decision‑making. Act as liaison for tech requests, support troubleshooting, system implementations, and user adoption. Collect, validate, and analyze data, identify trends or gaps, and support data quality initiatives. Help develop templates, standards, and internal communications, and contribute to firm‑wide initiatives.
