Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Deliver 1-on-1 virtual counseling sessions using video conferencing tools like Zoom or Skype, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings.

• Address sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, providing tailored guidance and strategies to improve coping mechanisms.

• Assist clients in identifying and setting personal and vocational goals, alongside developing healthy relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to share best practices and suggest program enhancements based on client feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals facing various emotional challenges who are seeking to enhance their quality of life through improved mental health. Our clients range from professionals grappling with work stress to individuals navigating personal transitions. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to achieve self-mastery and overall happiness.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your respective state.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services to individuals.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred. Familiarity with digital therapy platforms is also advantageous. Strong skills in virtual communication and engagement will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
