Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Evaluate patient needs and design personalized therapeutic strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional milestones.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Use scientifically validated techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapeutic methods and exercises to continue their progress outside of sessions.
• Track Progress and Adapt Plans: Document clinical outcomes meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans based on patient progress.

Education

• Possession of an Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Commitment to lifelong learning is encouraged and supported through ongoing education and certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• Mandatory certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
