Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, ensuring accurate identification of clients' mental health needs and the development of personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and aspirations.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and groups. You will utilize a spectrum of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address a wide array of mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care that takes a holistic approach to each client's mental health journey.

• Offer crisis intervention and support, utilizing your expertise and empathy to guide clients through acute distress or emergency situations.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering resilience in the population we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the mental health and well-being of individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation and client records.
