Work Environment\n

This mental health counseling role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in work hours and a balanced work-life integration. You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups, ensuring that you can engage effectively with patients from the comfort of their own environments. This position also allows you to tailor your schedule between 5 to 40 hours per week, promoting autonomy and flexibility in your professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise the clinical care and treatment strategies for patients with various psychological needs, maintaining a consistent approach for optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Collaborating closely with our patients, you will develop personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to their unique circumstances, helping them to build resilience and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• The candidate must possess a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a community health clinic or with telehealth services is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and licensure. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including:
