What you will enjoy doing:

• Assist customer service representatives to help facilitate a sound customer service experience
• File, mail, and pull paperwork to assist with audits
• Use Oracle or other business software systems to assist Customer Service Reps, as well as be responsible for uploading electronic record keeping accordingly
• Finalize all paperwork after order is complete by tracking shipments to confirm and obtain proof of delivery
• Identify quality issues or other customer problems and inform responsible representative
• Generate reports and use spreadsheets to support the product flow team when necessary
• Support Product Flow Manager and materials coordinator with Kanban system administration

What makes you great:

• High School Diploma with 3+ years of customer services related experience, although associates degree preferred
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working in Microsoft 365 programs with moderate to advanced proficiency
• Strong proficiency in math, writing, spelling and vocabulary
• Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
