Senior Property Manager for 250+ Units, Affordable Housing

Schochet Companies seeks an Experienced Sr. Property Manager to oversee Fresh Pond Apartments in Cambridge, MA. You will direct daily operations, supervise staff, manage rent and budgets, and ensure compliance with Section 8, Fair Housing, and reporting requirements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multifamily management, COS designation, ARM preferred, and strong communication skills to maintain resident relations and coordinate with vendors and contractors across our 504-unit community. #J-18808-Ljbffr Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
