Executive Search Associate, Social Impact

Job Description Executive Search Associates play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement. Working closely with Search Partners, Principals, and team members across all levels, Associates gain hands‑on experience and world‑class training in an apprenticeship‑like model. Responsibilities Research & Writing: Conduct industry‑specific and client company research, map the executive talent landscape, support the development of position specifications and a focused search strategy, and assist in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents. Internal and External Communication: Contact prospective candidates, obtain referrals, collect market intelligence, conduct in‑depth interviews, manage candidate relationships throughout the search life cycle, and keep Consultants updated on candidate progress. Ethics & Quality: Maintain accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information, prepare status reports and client‑ready reports, manage multiple concurrent projects, and uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics. Qualifications 3‑4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years of transferable recruiting experience. Undergraduate BA/BS degree required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence in presenting information. Basic ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates, influence and build relationships. Preferred: experience in full life‑cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, In‑House Talent Acquisition, management consulting, or similar; experience targeting candidates, developing pitch materials, conducting market research, and managing multiple projects. Experience researching market trends, analyzing large volumes of information into insights, and working with Salesforce or other CRM. Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: USD 80,000 to USD 105,000 (may vary by location). Discretionary bonuses, subject to eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits subject to eligibility).
