Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological well-being and identify specific treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices tailored to individual patient goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to address diverse patient needs.

• Lead virtual psychoeducational workshops and support groups to enhance patient understanding of mental health issues and foster community support.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, ensuring patients receive immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated care.

• Ensure diligent and compliant documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within EHR systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and staying updated on the latest mental health research.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collective knowledge and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Demonstrated understanding of psychiatric diagnoses, treatment modalities, and techniques appropriate for diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with patients.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and telehealth platforms to manage patient information effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques.

• Previous experience working in a telehealth setting is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
