This position will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility while you engage with patients and healthcare providers through telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHRs). Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, evaluating emotional, social, and behavioral factors that impact their well-being.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, considering cultural and personal factors to address the unique needs of each patient.

• Provide psychotherapy sessions to patients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental health challenges, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, reviewing treatment effectiveness and making adjustments in collaboration with the healthcare team and feedback from patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with hospice patients facing critical illnesses, many of whom may also struggle with anxiety, depression, and coping with grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
