Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to unique client needs, addressing emotional health issues, crisis situations, and risk assessments.

• Create and maintain pre-crisis and crisis management plans, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and on schedule, adhering to regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening techniques as directed by the clinical team to ensure effective treatment practices.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support strategies and behavioral guidelines.

• Actively engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet the highest quality standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to resources.

• Establish and sustain effective communication channels with stakeholders, fulfilling contract requirements while furthering the organization's community purpose.

• Forge connections with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs and seek out potential funding sources and partnerships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will benefit from:
