Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique needs and tailor individualized therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design comprehensive care strategies that support the mental wellness of our diverse client base.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCC will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, teenagers, adults, and families who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LPCC position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a bonus structure and a sign-on bonus for new hires. We provide flexible working hours with full-time (Monday to Friday) and part-time (Monday to Saturday) schedules available, ensuring you can adapt your work around personal commitments.
