Accounting & Payroll Coordinator

Location: Timonium, MD (100% Onsite) Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 A stable, family-owned real estate developer, owner, and property manager is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator to join its close-knit team. Reporting directly to the CFO/COO, this highly visible role combines payroll, accounting support, HR administration, and Yardi system management. This opening is due to the retirement of a long-tenured employee, creating a unique opportunity for extensive training and knowledge transfer.
