What You’ll Do Assist in vendor and carrier payment process for Ryan Transportation and Shamrock which includes ensuring accuracy of outgoing payments, ensuring payments are made timely, and ensuring controls are in place to mitigate risk Work directly with clients, carriers, and internal brokers to answer and resolve problems Correspond with carriers to obtain paperwork Gain understanding of the overall operations of Ryan Transportation, and the roles that various departments play in the Company Assist in reviewing payment processes for controls and efficiencies and implement changes as required Internal/customer reporting and general ledger tasks including month-end Answer inbound phone calls/make outbound phone calls as it pertains to carrier payments and setups Additional accounting or operational projects as assigned by Team Coordinator, Supervisor, or other members of Management What You’llBring Preferred B.S.
