Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine mental health needs.

• Regularly monitor the progress and outcomes of clients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with children and their families, particularly those in underserved communities who often face systemic barriers in accessing quality mental health care. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities surrounding early intervention in mental health, as well as the importance of cultural competence in providing effective support to diverse populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience working with children in early intervention programs.

• Strong advocacy for and experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices, demonstrating a commitment to promoting positive development.

• Ability to adapt counseling approaches to accommodate various learning styles and needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
