Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at New Patterns Therapy, you will work with diverse client populations facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficient in utilizing evidence-based practices and familiar with EHR systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
