The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while maintaining a professional work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based counseling services to clients, helping them cope with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate effective communication with the client's family and coordinate with external community resources to enhance support and facilitate necessary linkages.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, including patient histories, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in patient condition.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring safety and providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues.

• Lead educational sessions for team members to raise awareness of client needs and psychosocial stressors, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

• Demonstrated experience of at least one year in delivering counseling services to individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds.
