Data Entry Clerk

Salary: USD22 - USD23 per year Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry of maintenance schedules, repair records, and equipment logs into the company’s internal systems. Track and document the current status of maintenance tasks, ensuring up-to-date reports are available to leadership. Maintain detailed records of work orders, equipment servicing schedules, and inventory of spare parts. Assist the maintenance team in generating reports to track productivity, equipment performance, and upcoming service requirements. Support the implementation and tracking of preventive maintenance processes across all manufacturing equipment. Regularly update and maintain organized digital and physical records for easy reference and compliance purposes. Communicate effectively with maintenance supervisors and manufacturing staff to obtain necessary information for accurate record-keeping. Identify and correct any data discrepancies and maintain high data hygiene standards. Qualifications and Skills 1–2 years of data entry experience (Experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment is highly preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry tasks. Familiarity with manufacturing processes or interest/ability to learn quickly. Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and general computer literacy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
