Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the psycho-social needs of students, identifying barriers to academic success and emotional well-being.

• Engage with community resources and services, creating referrals to assist families in accessing necessary support and interventions.

• Lead community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health resources available locally, thereby enhancing community engagement with agency services.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, case conferences, and team meetings to ensure best practices are followed and client needs are effectively met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, alongside their families, providing essential mental health services to support their emotional and social development. You will work closely with students facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and socio-economic difficulties, ensuring that each individual's or family's needs are met with respect and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
