Payroll Officer

Based in our Corporate Offices in Henderson, you’ll play a key role ensuring efficient and accurate processing of payments on a weekly and monthly basis. Working collaboratively with the Payroll Manager and Team, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment that values precision and expertise. What We Offer Innovative and supportive culture Ongoing learning and development opportunities Onsite parking & cafe Responsibilities Enter new & update existing employees onto payroll systems as per employment contracts. Assist with payroll and EOY reconciliations. Reconcile weekly PAYG tax payments. Maintain current award updates and payroll adjustments. Prepare, calculate and reconcile weekly and monthly payments for wage and salary-based staff. Calculate and process termination payments for employees. Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed. Qualifications Previous demonstrated experience in a payroll position. Relevant qualifications in Payroll or similar is desirable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Working knowledge of EBA interpretation, FWA and ATO relevant legislation. Strong focus on delivering a high level of customer service. Previous experience with SAP/ Success Factors is highly desirable.
