Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to create cohesive and effective treatment strategies.

• Monitor patients' progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population comprising children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a history of delivering effective behavioral health therapy.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective rapport building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, allowing for efficient handling of multiple clients and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with clinical research, data collection, and the coding of therapy outcomes is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive benefits package, which includes:
