Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide targeted interventions tailored to individual client needs, including the creation of pre-crisis and crisis management plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to a seamless administrative workflow.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and progress, ensuring the application of the highest clinical standards during treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic meets regulatory expectations.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.

• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and conferences, to stay current with best practices in the field and represent the agency in various forums.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory for this position.

• Current and valid independent LMHC License issued by the state board is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
