Work Environment

Our practice offers a supportive onsite environment where the Nurse Practitioner operates within a state-of-the-art facility. The NP will mainly engage in concierge medicine and house call services, ensuring patients receive top-tier care in a comfortable and familiar setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic, with no evening or weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Collaborating with cardiologists and healthcare team members to manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments through history-taking and physical examinations.
• Managing chronic conditions such as hypertension and high cholesterol, implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Delivering outpatient electrophysiology services for patients exhibiting abnormal electrocardiograms and arrhythmias.
• Managing acute cardiovascular conditions, including Coronary Artery Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, and Transient Ischemic Attack.
• Administering stress tests when indicated and interpreting results to guide clinical decisions.
• Facilitating referrals to specialists when necessary, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
• Providing patient education for management of their conditions and promoting lifestyle changes for improved heart health.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to stay current with trends in cardiology.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
