Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through individual meetings, gathering information on their history, current challenges, and treatment goals.

• Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored to address specific client needs.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with effective coping strategies, skills for overcoming their issues, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages self-exploration.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive care and, when necessary, facilitate referrals for additional services.

• Document client progress within electronic health record (EHR) systems in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards established by mental health regulatory bodies.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, employing strong de-escalation techniques to support clients during emergencies, while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker – R (LCSW-R)

• Minimum of four years of related clinical experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and an understanding of cultural sensitivity in therapies

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy utilizing inclusive, evidence-based practices
\n
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and general computer applications

• A commitment to upholding professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and client confidentiality

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care to our clients

Compensation and Benefits\n
