Litigation Secretary

A long-standing, full-service law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking a Litigation Secretary with 3+ years of recent Federal and California litigation experience. This role will be supporting the firm's Trial department with document preparation, e-filing, and administrative tasks. The role will be fully onsite in Irvine.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and e-file documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and client billing.
- Independently handle multiple projects and daily workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and iManage.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The compensation range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. The firm also offers benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a retirement plan and 20 vacation/sick days to start.
