Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid license in one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Strong understanding of the principles, practices, and techniques of individual and family counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience providing therapeutic services to individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in treating co-occurring disorders, engaging in individual and group therapy, and working with substance abuse issues is preferred.

• A minimum of one year of direct counseling experience is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
