Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to facilitate continuing progress at home.

Document and Monitor Patient Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients remain on the path to recovery.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
