Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish individual treatment plans that align with our holistic approach.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly review clients’ treatment progress and adjust therapy approaches to maximize recovery outcomes, ensuring a responsive and adaptable treatment process.

• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients by fostering a safe and trusting environment conducive to open communication.

• Document clinical notes clearly and accurately, adhering to both legal standards and ethical practices, to support continuity of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your work will involve helping individuals navigate their unique circumstances while considering the societal factors that influence their mental health. A strong candidate will demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity towards clients' backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating successful therapeutic outcomes.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing practice in mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
