Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCPC, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
