You will have the opportunity to collaborate with business partners and suppliers to develop strategic consulting and professional services contracts and relationships.Coach and influence internal and external leaders and teams to promote effective strategies in category management and accomplish business objectivesCollaborate with our leaders to deliver solutions for their business needs as we produce outcomes our customers loveSupport overall category management objectivesSupport internal compliance and supply chain policies, procedures, strategies, and guidelinesLead end-to-end strategic sourcing and supplier management activities for medium-to-high complexity third-party needs, including supply and demand planning, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship managementAnalyze data to identify meaningful insights and support business decision-makingWho You Are5+ years of related experience (e.g., sourcing, supply chain management, contract negotiation, or contract law) demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or educationKnowledge of and experience with strategic sourcing principles, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Experience supporting professional services categories is preferredDemonstrated experience managing contracts and partnering with stakeholders to deliver sourcing outcomesSkills That Will Help You Stand OutExtensive experience negotiating professional services agreementsPrior experience includes analyzing spending patterns, managing supplier relationships, tracking performance, reporting, and strategic planningExperience as a sourcing consultant supporting consulting, managed services, outsourced services, or other indirect procurement categoriesExperience with contingent workforce programs and staffing MSPsInterest in market intelligence and analytics within the professional services industryDemonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and effectively collaborate with others to drive positive outcomesStrong oral and written communication skillsSalary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
